Yes, I am a GTA agent
My name is Brandon, I lead the GTAHomeGuy Group. We functionally operate, currently, with multiple agents unofficially associated. Why? Because I know several great and growing agents. My goal is to be of help in those agents’ careers so that they can become proficient in business as well as serve clients' needs thoroughly.
About me:
A bit of experience (20+ years full-time) and know a great deal about building defects and construction.
I have the:
SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist)
ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative)
and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations.
I offer 0 obligation, 0 follow-up consults. You could see people here (on Reddit) could throw negative comments out anonymously if I didn’t hold to that.
During my life, I have had a lot of related experience to give a very well-rounded understanding of your needs in a transition. I have worked for a bank doing mortgages, investing, financial advising and other lending. I have the knowledge, but I am not licensed to dispense advice. BUT the great thing is I can give you ideas to discuss and have the proper professional verify (or weigh in).
Also, I’ve:
worked for renovation contractors (commercial and residential)
personally renovated extensively
attended over 150 Home Inspections, as I love learning about anything construction

Longer story, I have a strong disdain for this career taken lightly. My aim is to bring value to clients above what the compensation is. I personally deal with a lower volume of clientele so that I can pour into growing agents in an ethical path. Many new to the industry were drawn by the motivation of money, and while that can be enticing for some, I find that there are a good deal of agents who actually want to help. Even if it doesn’t boost their bottom line as much.
If you need an agent you can trust outside of our service area, I will gladly line you up with one. Full disclosure that will compensate us with a referral fee. But you will get an agent screened agent, and are not obligated to use them. We will go through our screening and ensure they include provisions to drop them if you are not satisfied. Being good, I can see warning signs for what they are. It costs you nothing but saves you a lot! This is valid anywhere in the world that has agents.
